We are pleased to provide this service for our patients and families. You can reach out to your child’s provider or a nurse, request prescription refills, review your child’s health history and more at your convenience. Please note that responses to messages will be sent during business hours, Monday to Friday.

MyChart and your teenager
Please be advised that according to the HIPAA Privacy Laws and Regulations your right to access your child’s chart is from birth to their 13th birthday.
When your child reaches the age of 13, you will have limited access to his/her chart. (You will still be able to review immunization information, schedule appointments, pay bills and send messages back and forth to the provider.) Please review the link to our Patient Rights & Responsibilities.
